a tough question; hard to think of anything other than no grab handle for passenger.
Advice to buyer:
take it for a drive on a winding country road and hit the performance button. great!
Detailed review:
It is too bad Mazda owns 'zoom-zoom-zoom' since it really applies to this Cadillac. As tame and docile as it is in regular driving, push it through some some curves and it feels like the best of the import sport sedans. Floor it and you know it is not your Grandfather's Caddy; hit the performance button on the transmission and you will surprise some of the 'hot' cars. Seats are firm but comfortable. Loaded with all the creature comfort items(and I don't even have the luxury option) Bonus item; Cadillac service great without the snobishness found at BMW,Mercedes and some others.
