This is a wonderful car. I love it. However, I am driven nuts by is overly complicated Nav system and the unreliable voice command function i.e the hands free voice command for the phone does not work. This is the ONLY complaint I have on the car and it is enough to cause me to think of trading although I have had it for less than six months and drivien only 7,750 miles. This quality of vehicle SHOULD not be having this problem. Ford's Nav and voice command system is flawless. My Caddi should also be flawless - but it is. Hurry up and get this Nav system issue fixed.
