The appearance is the number one feature. Nothing else looks like it. Reminds me of the old Porsche speedster.
Least favorite feature:
The Bridgestone Potenza tires are horrible. They are noisy, wander, and don't have that good a grip. I replaced at 400 miles with Continentals.
Advice to buyer:
Be prepared for delayed gratification. It can take four months to get one. Some dealers are charging a premium. You can find one at list, so don't pay too much.
Detailed review:
Handles like a go-cart. In transition the Quattro has almost neutral steering. Lift the throttle and you get a predictable, oversteer. At the limit, it will unload the inside rear wheel which can be frightening the first time it happens, but is very controllable. It is quick, but not fast, the BMW and Honda are faster. This may be the best long-distance road car I've ever owned. I drove over 1400 miles in two days recently and never got tired nor experienced rear-end numbness. It is dangerous because people will run you off the road trying to get a better look.
