No central locking, no remote release for hatchback.
Advice to buyer:
Get the power locks!!
Detailed review:
I have had my Aveo hatchback for 2 weeks and love it. I am six feet tall and feel like I'm in a much larger vehicle. It stands 4-6 inches taller than most small cars and in my little car I look down on them! It handles like a dream. Peppy little engine. I wish that the mileage were a little better, 24-28 in city driving. It is the quietest little car I've ever been in and they have done wonders with the suspension. You do not feel like you are in a little car. With its higher stance, winds are more noticeable. If you change your own oil, rejoice! You don't have to jack up the car! You can reach the oil filter from above (it's front and center) the drain plug is towards the front also. So far, I have no complaints.
