Comfort, zippy engine, spacious interior and appearance
Least favorite feature:
no cruise control or arm rest.
Advice to buyer:
You can't go wrong with an Aveo if you're looking for a lot of car and are budget minded.
Detailed review:
I bought a 2005 Chevrolet sedan LT with an automatic transmission. I previously owned a 2000 Toyota echo which I dearly loved and thought is was a heck of a compact car. However, the Aveo has surprised me with it's comfort, spacious cabin, quiteness and zippy engine performance. I was late getting to work this morning and this car reached top speeds with very little pressure on the accelerator. I feel that I'm driving a midsize sedan due to the enormous interior space, zippy engine and the finely tuned suspension. If this car is as durable as my Toyota, I will conider it the best car for the money that I have ever purchased. I can't understand why some of the reviews I have read suggest the car is sluggish with the acceleration. Mine has plenty of zip and power, even steep hills. In sum, I love driving this car and would not hesitate to take it on cross country trips.
