Initial MPG was 22.6 in a 50/50 mix of city/highway driving
Advice to buyer:
Great Value! Looks small but is roomy and quiet on the road.
Detailed review:
For a sub-compact, the feature set is ok. I went with the LS, so the only missing things are the power locks & windows, keyless, abs, sunroof.
For what looks to be small, they have crammed alot of space in the cabin and the trunk. The CD/MP3 radio is a great feature that sounds out quite nicely. The AC is cold and works well in this 100 degree TX heat.
The ride is smooth and road/engine noise is amazingly minimal. Steering is responsive and the brakes are quick to stop the car. I can ride with the AC on low, background music barely on and not hear the engine at all.
So far, my first tank netted 22.6 mpg with a 50/50 mix of hwy and city driving, so I'm going to give it a few more tanks before letting GM take a look. I'm seeing much higher numbers from other owners, yet haven't seen it myself.
I've ordered the aftermarket Cruise Control. Wish it had an armrest and lit visor mirrors.
