"I picked up a 2010 Equinox LT2 with a lot of features of the LTZ for $31k. The car has been a dream so far. First off, I thought that I needed a 6 cylinder, but the 4 cylinder has more than enough power. The ride is very quiet and the interior is very classy and comes with a USB port which allows me to charge my Iphone and also listen to it through the computer speakers. The leather interior is very comfy and the backup camera is a must if you do a lot of parralel parking. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would really recommend the LT2 model. The sun glare is very bad much of the day. The small gages for fuel and temperature are almost invisible at times. From the time that we sit inside for a drive across town or across country. We are getting 24 mpg in town and 29 on the highway. The kids love the room in the back and the seats recline. They should be offering incentives to gain market share on a car that could help them rather than keeping the interest high. they are a company that simply can not manage itself. Best to go with a lighter color (white or silver). Accelertion is poor due to the 2.73 rear end. Bet gas mileage would be just as good with a 3.23 and the acceleration would be a class leader. It is gradually increasing in gas mileage as i get use to driving it. The ride is a little harder then i am use to since this is the first SUV i have ever owned. It is great if you have problems getting out of the lower sedans and helps someone who has knee problems tremendously."   If you are looking for a comfortable high tech vehicle with plenty of leg room front and back, this is the car for you. "Chevrolet has done a masterful job of providing the driver with a cabin that is comfortable and quiet. I hate to leave my car when listening to the XM radio and hearing music the way it was supposed to be heard. You're like in your own world where you can forget about the business around you. It's amazing that GM could put so many high tech features in a car of this price. I took it for a 400 mile trip as soon as I got it and completely enjoyed every mile. My first tank of gas gave me only 25MPG so I hope I can increase those numbers on my next trip.
