Edmunds.com 2010 Hyundai Elantra Overview
Vehicle Overview from Edmunds.com
"The 2010 Hyundai Elantra is one of those cars that will make you feel like you've found something special. It's like a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside but serves up tantalizing me..."

2009 Hyundai Elantra Review
Stylish, roomy, great warranty, good value.
"The Hyundai Elantra offers a roomy interior for the class, a good package of safety equipment, and a strong warranty. The styling holds its own in the class; it looks very clean but doesn't try to draw attention to itself. The seats are comfortable, the brakes are excellent, and the cornering capability is good, making it enjoyable to drive. The engine offers the latest four-cylinder technology; it can power the Elantra to 80 miles per hour without much effort and delivers good fuel economy when driven"

Customer Ratings and Reviews
"This is my second Elantra (previous 2005 which my daughter is driving - she loves it) and I can't say anything bad. Actually there are changes since 2005 for the better. On two separate 1500 mile trips I averaged 38 MPG!!!!!"

"It's a four cylinder but it has plenty of pickup. It's small and good on gas, yet has a roomy interior, with several places to store items between the front seats. I do wish it had a little more room there, however. When I have someone riding on the passenger side my purse has to get thrown in the back seat. It has a really nice bluetooth feature and XM radio comes free for three months. "

"I bought the car new in August 09. I took the car back to the dealer with 2600 miles to have them check a noisy engine. They told me the engine was bad and would be replaced. I found out later that they used a REMANUFACTURED engine short block. I talked to Hyundai USA consumer affairs (4 levels) and was told this is routine procedure. No new engine for my brand new car. The long warranty is no good if they use used parts."
