The world's first dedicated luxury hybrid (is not just an upgraded Prius)
What about the interior?
There's nothing Corolla-like -- or even Toyota-like -- about the interior. The curves are organic, the materials are almost all very high quality, especially the seat leather, and the gadget count is appropriately high. There were a few places on the center console where the plastic felt a little low-grade, but again, these were very early prototypes and that may improve by the time the car goes on sale in late August of this year. The most dramatic interior styling element is the peninsula that juts out from the center console. It houses either a storage bin or the mount for the navigation system's joystick.
