Okay, so this one is literally a Smart deal, and since Smart USAwas one of the fir manufacturers to offer a promotion around CARS we thought we'd include it. All Smart vehicles qualify for the $4,500 voucher no matter what you turn in, and Smart is running a promotion to get customers into a Smart Fourtwo for $99 a month. Don't get too excited though, make sure to read the fine print; after 35 months of $99 payments, the Fortwo is yours only after a final balloon payment of $6,667.50 at the end of the loan term. If you live in a city and have kept a clunker around for occasional transportation, you might want to look at trading it in for an urban-friendly Smart Fortwo.
