Yes, it is. The 2011 Chevy Volt doesn't have a conventional gauge package. Instead, it has a user-configurable 7-inch LCD screen in front of the steering wheel that can be programmed to show a number of things, although specifics weren't given. The Chevy Volt looks like something straight out of a sci-fi action flick -- we half expect Arnold Schwarzenegger to dive through the Volt's window shouting "Get down!" It does look extremely cool though, resembling something you'd see on your home computer rather than in a car.
